Delete your account

You can request deletion of your Vertex account and associated personal information at any time.

Delete inside the app

Open the applicable Vertex app and go to Menu or Settings → Account → Delete Account. Review the notice and confirm. This option will be included in each Vertex app that supports account creation.

Request deletion by email

If you cannot access the app, email privacy@vertexdesignworks.com with the subject “Account Deletion Request.” Include the app name and email connected to your account. Never send your password.

What will be deleted

Your account profile and personal app data will be deleted or anonymized, including saved rounds, matches, statistics, preferences and cloud content where applicable.

What may be retained

We may retain transaction records, security logs or limited information required for legal, tax, fraud-prevention or dispute-resolution purposes. De-identified information may also be retained.

Timing

We may verify ownership before acting. Valid requests will normally be completed within 30 days. Completed deletion may not be recoverable. Deleting an account does not cancel a store subscription; cancel subscriptions separately in your Apple or Google account.
